By visiting our Website, creating an account, placing an order, enrolling in a subscription, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or purchase our products.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to make a purchase through this Website.

If you allow another person, including a minor, to use your device, account, or payment method, you are responsible for their activity and purchases.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to present accurate product descriptions, ingredient lists, photographs, sizes, weights, prices, and availability. However, because many of our products are handmade in small batches, slight variations may occur in color, texture, scent, shape, weight, botanical appearance, or packaging. These natural variations are not considered defects.

Product photographs are provided for reference. Colors may appear differently depending on your screen or device.

We reserve the right to:

  • Update product ingredients, packaging, descriptions, or pricing;

  • Correct errors or omissions;

  • Limit purchase quantities;

  • Discontinue products; and

  • Refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue a refund for the canceled portion.

4. Skincare and Wellness Disclaimer

Our products and Website content are provided for cosmetic, personal-care, educational, and general wellness purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, and they are not a substitute for advice or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional.

Individual results vary. We do not guarantee that any product will produce a specific result or be appropriate for every person or skin type.

Ingredient information is provided to help customers make informed purchasing decisions. You are responsible for reviewing the complete ingredient list before use, particularly if you have allergies, sensitivities, a medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, or take medication.

Unless a product’s directions state otherwise:

  • Perform a patch test before your first full use;

  • Use products only as directed;

  • Discontinue use if irritation or discomfort occurs;

  • Avoid contact with the eyes and other sensitive areas;

Seek medical attention when appropriate. Chu Homemade Blessings is not responsible for reactions caused by an undisclosed allergy, sensitivity, misuse, failure to follow directions, or use inconsistent with the product label.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee its acceptance. An order is accepted after we confirm and begin processing it.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, account, and payment information. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional expenses caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer.

We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order when we reasonably believe it:

  • Contains inaccurate or fraudulent information;

  • Involves unauthorized payment activity;

  • Violates these Terms;

  • Is intended for unauthorized resale; or

  • Cannot be fulfilled because of inventory, pricing, or technical errors.

6. Prices, Payments, and Taxes

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice, but changes will not affect an order that we have already accepted, except when correction of an obvious pricing error is legally permitted.

You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the payment method supplied at checkout for the order total, including products, shipping, taxes, and other charges disclosed before purchase.

You are responsible for applicable sales, use, or similar taxes. Discounts cannot be combined unless expressly permitted.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Orders ship from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Current processing times, shipping rates, free-shipping qualifications, and other delivery information are provided on our Shipping and Returns page or during checkout.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, circumstances such as weather, carrier delays, service interruptions, incorrect addresses, and other events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.

Risk of loss passes to the customer as permitted by applicable law. If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate your package, contact the carrier and notify us promptly so we can help review the situation.

8. Final-Sale and Order-Issue Policy

Due to the personal-care nature of our products and because they are handmade in small batches, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • A change of mind;

  • Ordering the wrong product, size, or scent;

  • Personal scent preferences;

  • Natural variations in handmade products; or

  • Products that have been opened, used, or stored improperly.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect or missing product, email info@chuhomemadeblessings.com within seven calendar days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping materials when applicable.

After reviewing the claim, we may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion and as required by applicable law. Please do not discard damaged items or packaging until we have completed our review.

Unauthorized returns may be refused. Shipping charges are generally nonrefundable unless the problem resulted from our error or applicable law requires otherwise.

Nothing in this section limits any rights that cannot legally be waived.

9. Subscriptions and Recurring Purchases

Certain products may be offered through an automatically renewing subscription. Before enrolling, the product page and checkout will display the subscription price, delivery frequency, discount when applicable, and other material terms.

By purchasing a subscription, you:

  • Authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method;

  • Agree to receive repeat deliveries at the frequency selected;

  • Understand that charges will continue until the subscription is canceled; and

  • Agree to keep your billing, payment, and shipping information current.

Applicable product prices, taxes, and shipping charges will be collected for each recurring order. We will provide notice of material subscription changes when required by law.

You may manage, pause, modify, or cancel an eligible subscription through the Manage Subscriptions section of your customer account or through the subscription-management link provided in your confirmation emails.

Cancellation requests must be completed before the next subscription order is processed. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed. Processed subscription orders remain subject to our Final-Sale and Order-Issue Policy.

We may suspend or cancel a subscription because of failed payments, unavailable products, suspected fraud, misuse, or discontinuation of the subscription program. If a subscribed product becomes unavailable, we may contact you regarding available options or cancel the affected order.

10. Promotions, Referral Rewards, and Discount Codes

Promotions, discount codes, referral rewards, and special offers are subject to their stated terms, eligibility requirements, availability, and expiration dates.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Offers cannot be combined;

  • Codes have no cash value;

  • Codes may not be sold, transferred, duplicated, or reproduced;

  • Discounts cannot be applied retroactively;

  • Rewards may be limited to qualifying purchases; and

  • Shipping and taxes may not count toward a minimum purchase requirement.

We may reject or revoke a discount or referral reward obtained through fraud, self-referral, duplicate accounts, misleading promotion, unauthorized advertising, or other misuse.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a promotion or rewards program. Changes will not improperly remove rewards already earned and issued where prohibited by law.

11. Customer Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, is used fraudulently, or threatens the Website or other customers.

12. Reviews and Customer Content

If you submit a review, testimonial, photograph, comment, or other content, you confirm that:

  • The content reflects your honest experience;

  • You own the content or have permission to submit it;

  • It does not violate another person’s rights;

  • It is not unlawful, abusive, deceptive, defamatory, or obscene; and

  • You have disclosed any compensation, free product, or other material relationship when required.

You grant Chu Homemade Blessings a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, format, and share submitted content for Website, marketing, and promotional purposes, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

We may remove content that violates these Terms. We will not knowingly edit a customer review in a way that materially changes its meaning.

The Website and its original content—including our business name, logos, product names, photographs, graphics, designs, written copy, recipes or formulation information disclosed by us, and other brand materials—are owned by or licensed to Chu Homemade Blessings and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
