Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy applies to automatically renewing subscriptions purchased from Chu Homemade Blessings LLC.

Subscription Purchases

When you purchase a subscription, you agree to receive recurring deliveries at the frequency selected during checkout.

Before completing your purchase, you will be shown the applicable:

• Subscription product

• Price and available discount

• Billing and delivery frequency

• Shipping charges

• Recurring nature of the purchase

By enrolling, you authorize Chu Homemade Blessings and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method for every recurring order until you cancel.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges may be added to each payment.

Managing Your Subscription

You may manage an eligible subscription through the Manage Subscriptions section of your customer account or through the subscription-management link in your order emails.

Depending on the options available, you may be able to:

• Change your delivery date

• Change the delivery frequency

• Update the quantity

• Skip an upcoming delivery

• Pause your subscription

• Update your address or payment information

• Cancel future renewals

Canceling a Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next recurring order is processed.

Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been charged, processed, packaged, fulfilled, or shipped.

Processed subscription orders are final sale except when an item arrives damaged or the order is fulfilled incorrectly.

After canceling, you will need to create a new subscription if you wish to subscribe again.

Deadline for Subscription Changes

Subscription changes including cancellations, skipped deliveries, address updates, and product changes must be completed before the upcoming order is processed.

We recommend making changes at least 48 hours before your next scheduled processing date. We cannot guarantee that a request received after processing begins can be applied to that order.

Subscription Prices and Discounts

Subscription prices, discounts, shipping charges, taxes, products, and availability may change.

We will provide advance notice of material changes when required by law. You may cancel before the next order is processed if you do not wish to continue after a change.

Subscription discounts have no cash value and end when the subscription is canceled.

Failed Payments

If a recurring payment is declined, we or our subscription provider may attempt the payment again and ask you to update your payment information.

A subscription may be paused or canceled after repeated payment failures.

Product Availability

Because our products are handmade in small batches, a subscribed product may occasionally become unavailable.

If this occurs, we may:

• Delay the affected delivery

• Contact you about an alternative

• Skip the unavailable product

• Cancel and refund the affected charge

We will not substitute a materially different product without your permission.

Refunds

Canceling a subscription does not create a right to return or receive a refund for previously processed or delivered orders.

Damaged, missing, or incorrect subscription items are handled under our Return and Refund Policy.

Nothing in this policy limits a consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
